摘　　要：翟兴红教授积累30年临床经验,以"平衡学说"为总指导原则,治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)及胃癌前病变(胃黏膜肠上皮化生及异型增生)。认为正气亏虚为本,常因脾虚毒瘀导致,采用益气养阴、健脾益肾、清热和血法为主。通过保持气血阴阳的平衡状态,提高胃黏膜免疫和抗癌能力,治疗CAG及逆转胃癌前病变疗效显著。Professor Zhai Xinghong has 30 years of clinical experience in treating chronic atrophic gastritis and precancerous lesions( gastric mucosa metaplasia and dysplasia). Based on the general guiding principle"yin and yang balance theory"and the basic pathogenesis of keep healthy,do not be evil,he believed that the pathogenesis of this disease was based on deficiency of vital energy,which caused by spleen deficiency and toxin stasis. The treatment mainly includes nourishing qi and yin,strengthening spleen and kidney,clearing heat and blood.The gastric mucosal immunity and anticancer ability can be improved by maintaining the balance of qi,xue,yin and yang and had great effective in chronic atrophic gastritis and reversal of precancerous lesions of stomach.
