加味桃红四物汤联合安宫黄体酮治疗抗精神病药物所致闭经临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究加味桃红四物汤合安宫黄体酮片治疗由抗精神病药物导致闭经的临床疗效。方法选取由抗精神病药物导致闭经的60例患者,用随机数字表法分为对照组30例,治疗组30例。2组均口服安宫黄体酮片,治疗组在口服上述药物同时加用加味桃红四物汤,4周为一个对照疗程,持续服用2个疗程;观察2组月经情况,分析比较2组治疗前和治疗4周,8周后泌乳素(PRL)指标变化。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,优于对照组的76.7%(P <0.05);2组患者治疗4周,8周后PRL都有降低(P <0.05),治疗组治疗后的PRL显然低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论加味桃红四物汤联合安宫黄体酮片治疗抗精神病药物所致闭经的疗效比单用安宫黄体酮片效果好,能改善患者PRL指标和临床症状,为临床治疗药源性闭经提供新的方案。Objective TO study the clinical effect of modified Taohong Siwu decoction and medroxyprogesterone tablets in the treatment of amenorrhea caused by antipsychotics. Methods Sixty patients with amenorrhea caused by antipsychotics were selected. They were randomly divided into control group( n = 30) and treatment group( n = 30). Both these groups were given andmedroxyprogesterone tablets. The treatment group took the above drugs orally and added Taohong Siwu decoction. Four weeks was a course of treatment,taking 2 courses of treatment continuously. The menstruation of the two groups was observed,and the changes of prolactin( PRL) before treatment,4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment was analyzed and compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 93. 3% which was better than 76. 7% of control group( P < 0. 05). The PRL of the two groups decreased after 4 weeks and 8 weeks( P < 0. 05),and the PRL in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The curative effect of modified Taohong Siwu decoction combined with medroxyprogesterone tablets in the treatment of amenorrhea caused by antipsychotics is better than that of medroxyprogesterone tablets alone,improving PRL index and clinical symptoms,providing a new scheme for clinical treatment of druginduced amenorrhea.
