摘　　要：目的了解口腔健康干预项目对儿童刷牙行为和家长口腔卫生知识、态度的影响。方法对461名儿童开展了口腔健康干预项目的幼儿园大班儿童家长和453名未开展项目的幼儿园大班儿童家长进行问卷调查,比较儿童刷牙相关行为、口腔卫生清洁水平和家长口腔卫生知识、态度。结果项目幼儿园儿童刷牙率、含氟牙膏使用率、口腔卫生清洁水平高于非项目幼儿园儿童(分别为97.4%vs 94.7%,40.2%vs 31.0%,89.4%vs 77.9%,均P<0.05)。家长口腔知识正确知晓率项目幼儿园高于非项目幼儿园(83.1%vs 78.2%,P<0.0001)。家长的9种口腔卫生知识来源中,仅"孩子从幼儿园带回的知识"两组间存在差异(62.8%vs 50.3%,P<0.0001)。结论口腔健康项目提高了儿童的刷牙、含氟牙膏使用和家长口腔卫生认知水平。Objective To investigate the effects of oral-health intervention program(OHIP)in preschool children’s tooth-brushing behavior and their parents’knowledge and attitude about oral health.Methods A questionnaire survey had being conducted among 461 parents whose children had carried out the OHIP and 453 parents whose children had not carried out the OHIP,comparing the children’s tooth brushing-related behaviors,oral hygiene levels,and the parents’knowledge and attitudes about oral health.Results The rate of tooth-brushing,the utilization rate of fluoride toothpaste and the oral hygiene level among OHIP children were higher than that of non-OHIP children(97.4%vs 94.7%,40.2%vs 31.0%,89.4%vs 77.9%,all P<0.05,respectively).The oral health knowledge rate in OHIP parents was higher than non-OHIP parents(83.1%vs78.2%,P<0.0001).Of the parents’nine sources of oral health knowledge,the source of knowledge brought back by their children from kindergartens had a difference between OHIP parents and non-OHIP parents(62.8%vs 50.3%,P<0.0001).Conclusion OHIP has improved preschool children’s tooth-brushing,the utilization of fluoride toothpaste and their parents’oral health knowledge.
