摘　　要：目的确定中文版癌症后生育忧虑量表(Reproductive Concerns After Cancer Scale,RCACS)的因子结构,并检验其在女性不同癌症类型群体间的测量不变性。方法对乌鲁木齐市975名18~40岁的女性癌症患者进行调查,在妇科恶性肿瘤、甲状腺癌和乳腺癌人群中分别采用探索性因子分析,以确定中文版RCACS的因子结构。应用多组验证性因子分析,以检验RCACS跨癌症类型的测量不变性。结果RCACS在妇科恶性肿瘤、甲状腺癌和乳腺癌人群中分别进行探索性因子分析,均提取出6个公因子;多组验证性因子分析结果显示,中文版RCACS具有跨癌症类型的测量不变性(形态不变性、单位不变性、强不变性、严格不变性)。结论中文版RCACS具有稳定的因子结构,在不同癌症类型的群体间具有测量不变性,可用于评估乌鲁木齐市女性癌症患者的生育忧虑水平。Objective To determine the factorial structure of the Chinese version of the Reproductive Concerns After Cancer Scale(RCACS),so as to test measurement invariance across cancer types among female adolescent.Methods 975 female cancer patients aged 18 to 40 years in Urumqi City were surveyed.Exploratory factor analysis was used in gynecological malignancies,thyroid cancers and breast cancersin order to determine the factor structure of the RCACS.Multi-group confirmatory factor analysis was used to examine the measurement invariance of the RCACS across cancer types.Results Exploratory factor analysis was performed in the gynecological malignant tumor,thyroid cancer and breast cancer populations,respectively,and six factors were extracted.Multi-group confirmatory factor analysis suggested measurement invariance(configural,metric and scalar invariance)of the RCACS across cancer types.Conclusion The Chinese version of the RCACS has a stable factor structure and has equivalence among different cancer types,it can be used to evaluate the reproductive concerns of the young female cancer patients in Urumqi City.
