摘　　要：目的探究社会养老保险与老年人心理健康之间的关系,为改善老年人心理健康提供参考。方法采用CES-D、SAS、MMSE构建虚弱指数,综合考量2018年中国老年人健康影响因素跟踪调查(CLHLS)数据中5209位60岁及以上的老年人的心理健康状况,从而利用多元线性回归研究社会养老保险与老年人心理健康的关系,并通过倾向值匹配进行稳健性检验。结果虚弱指数为(0.171±0.141),社会养老保险与老年人的心理健康负担呈(β=-0.02)负相关。半径匹配后,ATT=-0.011,核匹配后,ATT=-0.014。结论社会养老保险对老年人的心理健康有一定的保护作用,此外,不同群体老年人心理健康状况也各有差异。Objective To explore the relationship between social endowment insurance and the mental health of the elderly,and provide an empirical evidence for improving the mental health of the elderly through endowment insurance.Methods CES-D,SAS and MMSE were used to construct the frailty index to comprehensively consider the mental health status of 5209 elderly people aged 60 and above in the Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey(CLHLS)data in 2018.The multiple linear regression was used to study the relationship between social endowment insurance and mental health of the elderly,and the robustness test was conducted through propensity score matching(PSM).Results The frailty index was(0.171±0.141).The social endowment insurance was negatively correlated with the mental health burden of the elderly(β=-0.02).After radius matching,ATT=-0.011.After kernel matching,ATT=-0.014.Conclusion Social endowment insurance has a certain protective effect on the mental health of the elderly.In addition,the mental health of different groups of the elderly are also different.
