摘  要:土工席垫具有良好的集水和排水效果,但在长期运行后,土工席垫内部易出现淤堵失效现象,给尾矿库的后期加高扩容工程建设带来不利影响,因此有必要提出解决土工席垫失效带来的排渗安全问题。选取某土工排渗席垫发生部分失效现象的尾矿库工程,提出增设水平排渗飘管措施来解决尾矿库加高扩容工程的排渗安全性,并根据所提方案建立反映主要坝体结构、水文地质特征和排渗系统的尾矿库渗流分析三维有限元模型,采用饱和—非饱和渗流计算理论计算分析运行期库址区在不同工况下的渗流场,并研究加高扩容后尾矿库的渗流特性,进而评价所提措施的合理性。结果表明,水平排渗飘管与土工席垫的联合排渗措施可有效提高堆积坝的排渗能力,满足尾矿库在加高扩容后的渗流安全要求,且所提排渗措施可有效控制坝体内浸润面,因而在技术上合理。另外,建议在尾矿库加高扩容工程中采用土工席垫排渗时,坝体相邻土工席垫布设高程差不超过8m。研究成果可供类似工程参考。Geotechnical mats have good water collection and drainage effects.However,after a long period of operation,the geotechnical mat is prone to clogging and failure,which will adversely affect the later heightening and expansion project construction of the tailings pond.Therefore,it is necessary to put forward to solve the geotechnical mat failure caused by the safety problem of drainage.This paper selected a tailings pond project with partial failure of the geotechnical mats,and proposed the addition of horizontal drainage pipes to solve the leakage safety of the tailings pond heightening and expansion project.The three-dimensional finite element model was established to reflect the characteristics of the main dam body structure,hydrogeological and drainage system of tailings seepage analysis.The seepage field of the dam site under different working conditions was analyzed by using saturated-unsaturated seepage calculation theory.The seepage characteristics of the tailings pond after heightening and capacity expansion was studied,and the rationality of the proposed measures was evaluated.The results show that the combined drainage measures of the drainage pipe and the geotechnical mat can effectively improve the drainage capacity of the accumulative dam,and can effectively control the infiltration surface of the dam body,so it is technically reasonable.In addition,it is suggested that the elevation difference between adjacent geotechnical mats should not exceed 8 m when the geotechnical mats are used in the tailings pond expansion project.The research results can be referred for the similar projects.
