摘 要:针对黄坛口水电站机组出力不足的问题,从设计参数、运行性能、试验检测等多角度深入分析了黄坛口水电站水轮机出力达不到设计值的原因,基于现有的水力条件下,采用CFD流场分析的人力优化设计方法开展优化转轮设计,选择合适的水轮机型以达到机组增容的目的。改造后,在电站工况不变情况下,新水轮机各项稳定性能指标均良好,最大出力较原转轮增加10%以上,机组效率提升明显,增容改造经济效益显著。From the design parameters,operation performance,test detection and other aspects,the reasons why the turbine output of low head medium and small hydropower station can not reach the design value is analyzed in depth.Based on the existing hydraulic conditions,the runner design is optimized and the appropriate turbine type is selected to achieve the purpose of unit capacity increase.After the transformation,under the condition that the power station working condition is unchanged,all stability performance indexes of the new water turbine are good,the maximum output is increased by more than 10% compared with the original runner,the unit efficiency is significantly improved,and the economic benefits of capacity expansion transformation are remarkable.
