摘　　要：基于社会心理学的情感理论,情感联系构成并维系着群体间认同和群体共同身份,共同情感是人类命运共同体建设的重要基础。灾难外交通过与他国共同应对灾难挑战,在援助国和受灾国民众之间搭建起积极情感交流的通道,培育出积极的共同情感,助力于人类命运共同体的建设。在灾难外交实践中,可以通过表征和互动两种路径以及尊重受灾国文化和情感来推动人类命运共同体理念下的共同情感的形成。Based on the emotional theory of social psychology,emotional connection constitutes and maintains inter-group identity and group common identity.Common emotion is an important foundation for the construction of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind.By working with other countries to cope with disaster challenges,disaster diplomacy builds a channel of positive emotional exchanges between the people of aid countries and disaster-stricken countries,cultivates positive common emotions,and contributes to the construction of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind.In the practice of disaster diplomacy,countries can promote the formation of common emotions through representation,interaction and respect for the culture and emotion of the disaster-stricken country.
