摘 要:为了提高建筑用挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料(XPS)板结构表面疏水能力,采用电化学氧化方式在XPS板表面制备超疏水涂层结构,并对制备参数进行了优化,同时表征了超疏水涂层结构及其腐蚀性能。结果表明:提高苯三腈加入量后,接触角先增大后降低,加入40 mg/L的苯三腈时,形成153.9°的最大接触角,滚动角减小到5.8°;提高电沉积电压和延长电沉积时间后,接触角先增大后降低,控制电沉积电压为8 V和电沉积时间12 h,可获得粗糙度较大的超疏水表面。超疏水处理后的XPS板试样表面形成了许多外形尺寸与分布形态均匀的突起,并产生了明显凹坑。超疏水处理后的XPS板具有更高的自腐蚀电位,对3.5%Na Cl溶液产生更强耐蚀作用,提升了阳极与阴极耐蚀能力。In order to improve the superhydrophobic property of the surface of XPS plates,a superhydrophobic structure was prepared on the surface of XPS plate by means of electrochemical oxidation process. The preparation parameters were optimized and the structure and corrosion performance of the superhydrophobic structure were characterized. The results showed that when the amount of benzenitrile was increased,the contact angle increased first and then decreased. When 40 mg/L of benzenitrile was added,the maximum contact angle of 153. 9° was reached,and the rolling angle decreased to the minimum value of 5. 8°. when the electrodeposition voltage was increased and the electrodeposition time was longer,the contact angle increased first and then decreased. If the electrodeposition voltage was maintained at 8 V and the electrodeposition time 12 h,thus a superhydrophobic surface with higher roughness would be formed. After superhydrophobic treatment on the surface of XPS plate samples,many protrusions with uniform dimensions and distribution patterns were formed with many obvious pits. The XPS plates treated showed higher self-corrosion potential,which produced stronger corrosion resistance to 3. 5% Na Cl solution and improved the corrosion resistance of anode and cathode.
