摘 要:探讨了一种自动细度测量仪与传统人工细度测试方法的区别和测试结果的准确性。用自动细度测量仪与人工测量检测几种常见涂料的细度。以白乳胶漆为检验样品,研究了光源类型、读数时间、读数角度、刮涂角度、刮涂速度等因素对涂料细度检测结果的影响。结果表明:光源类型、读数时间、读数角度、刮涂角度、刮涂速度等因素对细度检测结果准确性有一定的影响,验证了自动细度测量仪检测结果的准确性和重复性比人工检测的更好,效率更高。This paper discussed the difference between the automatic and the traditional manual fineness testing instrument and the accuracy of the test results.With the white latex paint as the test sample,the factors influencing the fineness of several common coatings was discussed in terms of the change of light source types,reading time,viewing angles,applying angle and applying speed.The results indicated that the light source type,reading time,viewing angle,applying angle,and applying speed would have some effects on the measuring accuracy.It was proved that the automatic device could provide higher accuracy and reproducibility and effectiveness than the manual test device.
