摘  要:为了提高外墙涂料透水性试验的质量,本文测定了试验用底板--无石棉纤维水泥板的含水率、吸水率、表观密度、孔隙率及初始透水性,并考察了含水率和孔隙率对初始透水性的影响。结果表明:试板间各参数差异较大,尤其是初始透水性,最大差异可达4.7倍,而同一430 mm×150 mm试样不同部位测得的数值则基本一致;孔隙率和初始透水性呈一定正相关,含水率对初始透水性则无明显影响。In order to improve the quality of the water permeability test of the exterior wall coatings,the water content,water absorption,apparent density,porosity and initial water permeability of the base plate,a non-asbestos fiber cement sheet,were measured. And also,the influence of water content and porosity on initial water permeability was investigated. The results showed that there presented great differences among the parameters of the test sheets,especially the initial water permeability value,with the maximum difference of 4. 7 times,while the values measured from different parts of the same 430 mm×150 mm sample were almost the same. The porosity and initial water permeability were positively correlated,and the water content indicated no obvious effect on initial water permeability.
