摘 要:针对硅酸钾-苯丙乳液涂料存在乳液不稳定和漆膜易开裂的缺陷,本文主要研究了硅酸钾和苯丙乳液配比、颜料体积浓度(PVC)、分散剂、涂料黏度对乳液及其成膜性能的影响。结果表明:硅酸钾-苯丙乳液外墙涂料最佳工艺为硅酸钾用量30%、苯丙乳液10%、PVC 55%~60%(钛白粉用量为16%、重钙用量14%、滑石粉用量为8%),此时漆膜抗开裂性最佳;使用静电稳定型分散剂,涂料稳定性较好。涂料性能符合JG∕T 26-2002《外墙无机建筑涂料》的指标要求。In view of the instability of potassium silicate-styrene/acrylic latex and thecoatings based on it was easy to crack , the influence of the amount of potassium silicate andstyrene- acrylic latex, pigment volume concentration (PVC),dispersants and viscosity ofcoatings on the latex and film-forming properties of coatings was investigated to find that whenoptimized formulation of potassium silicate-styrene/acrylic latex coatings was as follows :potassium silicate 30%, styrene- acrylic latex 10% and PVC 55%-60% (titanium dioxide16% , ground calcium carbonate 14%,talc 8% ) , the cracking resistance of the coatings was thebest. And good stability could be provided by using charge repulsion type dispersant. Theperformance of the coatings met the requirements of JG/T 26-2002 standard “InorganicArchitectural Coatings for exterior walls”.
