摘　　要：本文重点研究了不同规格间隙式涂布器和线棒涂布器与制得的湿膜厚度及干膜厚度之间的关系。采用不同结构或规格的间隙式涂布器和线棒涂布器,在聚酯薄膜上用自动涂膜机制备一系列厚度的湿膜,并测量制得的湿膜厚度及干膜厚度,分析其中关系。结果表明:工作面结构不同的间隙涂布器,在同一间隙深度下制备的样品的湿膜厚度各有差异;工作面结构相同的间隙涂布器,其制备的样品的湿膜厚度与间隙深度之比,随间隙深度的增加而增大;标识相同的缠绕钢丝的线棒涂布器与精密机械加工型线棒涂布器制备的湿膜厚度不同;对于同一种样品,干膜厚度与湿膜厚度之比是可变的,随制备间隙的增大而变小。This paper was focused on the relation between various gap applicators and wire wound-bars with various specifications and wet or dry film thickness of the coatings. By using different types of gap applicators or wire wound-bars to apply coatings film on the polyester films,and then the wet film and relevant dry film thickness was measured. The results showed that when the gap clearance was the same,the wet film thickness by different types of gap applicators were different;when the shapes of application surfaces were the same,as the gap clearances increased,the ratio of wet film thickness/gap clearance also increased.With regard to the wire wound-bars,the wet film thickness applied by precision machining bars would be different from that applied by the wire wound-bars with same specifications as that of precision machining bar. For the same sample,the ratio between dry film thickness and wet film thickness was variable,and it decreased as the gap increased.
