摘　　要：总结周大勇主任医师诊治稳定期支气管扩张症的临床经验。周主任认为本病病位在肺,与脾相关,病机为正虚邪恋,病理因素为痰、热、瘀,主要表现为痰热郁肺、肺脾气虚、气阴两虚,治疗上主张标本兼治、辨证论治,做到未病先防、瘥后防复。The clinical experience of Professor Zhou in diagnosis and treatment of stable bronchiectasis was sumarrized. Professor Zhou concludes that stable bronchiectasis is related to the lung and the spleen. The pathogenesis of stable bronchiectasis is deficiency of healthy qi and remains of pathogenic factors. The pathological factors are phlegm,heat and blood stasis. The manifestations of the disease can be generalized into three patterns as follow: phlegm-heat stagnation of lung,healthy qi deficiency of lung-spleen,and qi-yin deficiency.Professor Zhou advocates treating both symptoms and root causes based on syndrome differentiation in order to prevent recurrences.
