摘　　要：分析了大缸径液压支架立柱油缸内孔的加工技术,研究了液压支架大缸内孔滚压的特点,在此基础上设计分析了Φ400 mm缸径内孔滚压装备。该装备应用在白音华煤矿5.2 m高端液压支架的生产中效果理想。This paper analyzes the processing technology of the inner hole of the cylinder of the large cylinder diameter hydraulic support column, studies the characteristics of the inner hole rolling of the large cylinder of the hydraulic support, and designs and analyzes the Φ400 mm cylinder diameter inner hole rolling equipment on this basis.Application of this equipment in the production of 5.2 m high-end hydraulic support in Baiyinhua Coal Mine is ideal.
