摘 要:针对立井提升机传统的监测及通信系统建设难题,设计了一套以前端采集模块、中间转接模块、地面处理模块以及无线通信模块为主体的无线通信系统,并对其最为核心的智能天线部件进行结构及功能设计,并成功在JKMD-3.25×4ZI型提升机系统中得到应用,能够实现视频实时监控、语音通话、故障监测等功能,且能够实现无线通信的自适应调整,达到了预期效果。Coal mine hoist is the key equipment to ensure the safe and efficient production of coal mine.Therefore,aiming at the traditional monitoring and communication system construction problem of shaft hoist,a wireless communication system with front end acquisition module,intermediate transfer module,ground processing module and wireless communication module is designed,and its core intelligent antenna components are designed.And successfully applied in JKMD-3.25×4 ZI type hoist system,video real-time monitoring,voice call,fault monitoring and other functions can be realized,and the adaptive adjustment of wireless communication can be realized,which can achieve the expected effect.
