摘 要:针对煤矿井下电气系统馈电开关反应速度慢、智能化程度低的现状,提出了一种新的井下电气系统馈电开关防护系统,从系统硬件和软件两个方面出发,通过优化反馈控制逻辑实现了对井下电气系统故障的快速定位和故障隔离,同时系统能够自动显示出故障类别和处理方案,极大地提升了系统运行的安全性和可靠性。根据实际应用表明,该防护系统能够将井下电气故障率降低88.9%以上,将故障处理时间降低90%以上,具有极大的应用推广价值。in view of the slow reaction speed and low intell igence degree of feed switch in underground electrical system in coal mine, a new feed switch protection system for underground electrical system is proposed. Based on the hardware and software of the system, the fault location and fault isolation of underground electrical system are realized by optimizing feedback control logic. According to the practical application, the protective system can reduce the underground electrical failure rate by more than 88.9% and the fault treatment time by more than 90%, which has great application and popularization value.
