摘　　要：针对当前矿井提升机运行过程中故障频发,工作效率不高的问题,设计了一种新型矿井提升机直流控制系统,对该提升机直流控制系统的结构,实施方案和特点进行了分析,该直流控制系统在山西汾西瑞泰正中煤业井下JKMD-3.5×4(Ⅲ)E型提升机上进行了改造应用,实践应用效果理想,有效提高了提升机的运行安全,为企业创造了较好的安全经济效益。In view of the problems of frequent faults and low working efficiency in the operation of mine hoist, a new DC control system of mine hoist is designed. The structure, implementation scheme and characteristics of the hoist DC control system are analyzed. The DC control system is reformed and applied on the 4(Ⅲ) E hoist.The practical application effect is ideal, which effectively improves the operation safety of the hoist and creates better safety and economic benefits for the enterprise.
