摘 要:目的本研究探讨实验室条件下环境因素对曼氏迭宫绦虫虫卵孵化的影响,筛选有利因素,以提高曼氏迭宫绦虫虫卵孵化率。方法在其他条件不变的情况下,分别研究自来水中的残留氯气、虫卵在粪便内滞留时间、不同的外部温度、长时间光照和摇晃孵育体系对孵育体系内虫卵孵化率的影响。结果室温下,虫卵在自来水、脱氯水和去离子水中20 d的孵化率分别为21.4%、18.9%和20.6%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);25℃静置孵育20 d,在粪便中滞留1、3、5、10、15 d的虫卵孵化率分别为22.0%、22.2%、13.7%、0.6%和-0.8%;4、20、25、30、37、40℃条件下,虫卵的孵化率分别为7.0%、8.7%、17.3%、22.0%、25.8%和26.1%;25℃静置孵育20 d,接受光照组虫卵孵化率为19.2%,无光照组28.5%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);30℃下孵育25 d,孵育体系接受规律摇晃的虫卵孵化率为33.1%,明显高于静置虫卵的孵化率7.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自来水中的残留氯气不降低曼氏迭宫绦虫虫卵孵化率,在粪便中滞留小于3日的虫卵经淘洗入水可实现较高虫卵孵化率,提高孵育温度至30℃以上,摇晃孵育体系,避免长时间光照,有助于虫卵孵化率的提高。Objective To investigate the influence of external factors on Spirometra mansoni’s egg hatching under laboratory conditions and screen the favorable factors to improve the egg hatching rate of Spirometra mansoni.Methods The effects of residual chlorine in the fresh tap water,eggs’retention time in host feces,hatching temperature,long-term light exposure and incubation system shaking on egg hatching rate were individually studied with the rest conditions unchanged.ResultsThe hatching rate of eggs kept in fresh tap water,dechlorinated water and deionized water for 20 days at room temperature was 21.4%,18.9%and 20.6%,respectively,with no significant difference (P>0.05) between them;the hatching rate of eggs left in cat feces for 1,3,5,10 and 15 days before feces processing and subsequent hatching at 25℃for 20 days was respectively 22.0%,22.2%,13.7%,0.6%and-0.8%;the egg hatching rate at 4,20,25,30,37 and 40℃was 7.0%,8.7%,17.3%,22.0%,25.8%and 26.1%,respectively;the hatching rate of eggs with light exposure at 25℃for 20 days was 19.2%,which was lower than 28.5%of the group shielded from the light,but with no significant difference (P>0.05);the hatching rate of eggs whose incubation system received regular shaking at 30℃for 25 days was 33.1%,which was significantly higher than7.2%of the hatching rate of static eggs (P<0.05).Conclusion The residual chlorine in the fresh tap water does not reduce the egg hatching rate of Spirometra mansoni,suspending cat feces in water within 3 days would secure a higher egg hatching rate,besides,increasing the hatching temperature to more than 30℃,shaking the incubation system and avoiding long-term light exposure would contribute to the increase of egg hatching rate.
