摘  要:针对传统钢铁生产线设备的管控存在经验主导、难以集中、效率低的问题,基于增强现实技术建立一套钢铁生产线可视化仿真系统来促进生产线的管控及维护具有一定现实意义。该文以宝钢热轧生产线作为研究对象,采用3ds Max软件对设备进行建模,将建立好的模型导入到Unity3D进行二次开发,通过增强现实工具ARkit实现空间定位,在相应位置生成虚拟生产线模型,从而实现生产线的AR可视化。经测试系统可正常运行,能较为直观展现钢铁生产线设备的三维结构,接入现场数据后,设备信息能较为直观显示在模型上方,加工过程中的板坯位置和形状变化也较为精确,这有利于及时发现设备出现的问题并进行维修,减少损失,提高生产线的维修效率,并且在一定程度上可以促进多条生产线的集中管控。In view of the problems of experience-led,difficult to concentrate,and low efficiency in the management and control of traditional steel production line equipment,it is practical significance to establish a set of visual simulation system for steel production line based on augmented reality technology to promote production line management and maintenance.Taking Baosteel’s hot rolling production line as the research object,we use 3ds Max software to model the equipment,import the established model into Unity3D for secondary development,realize spatial positioning through the augmented reality tool ARkit,and generate a virtual production line model at the corresponding position.Thus,AR visualization of the production line is realized.After testing,the system can operate normally and more intuitively display the three-dimensional structure of the steel production line equipment.After accessing the field data,the equipment information can be displayed more intuitively above the model,and the slab position and shape changes during the processing are accurate.It is helpful to discover the problems of the equipment in time and carry out maintenance,reduce losses,improve the maintenance efficiency of the production line,and to a certain extent,it can promote the centralized management and control of multiple production lines.
