摘  要:本文列举了流量测量系统开展在线误差分析的必备条件,即需要充分掌握并了解仪表本体、仪表安装、流体特性、使用环境、相关规程、生产流程工艺及配套设备等信息。而在具备分析能力的基础上进行系统诊断的流程为:收集资料、进入现场调查取证、分段检查仪表本体。本文介绍了使整个流量测量系统得以准确计量的方式主要包括:选型正确、流体密度精准补偿、正确安装仪表、选择合适的量程比、尽可能避免环境干扰、实施定期检查等。The paper lists the necessary conditions for online error analysis of flow measurement system. It is necessary to fully master and understand the instrument, installation, fluid characteristics, operating environment, relevant regulations, production process and supporting equipment. On the basis of analytical ability, the process of system diagnosis is as follows: data collection, field investigation and evidence collection, and segmental inspection of instrument. The paper introduces the methods to make the whole flow measurement system accurate, including: correct selection of type, accurate compensation of fluid density, correct installation of instrument, selection of appropriate range ratio, avoidance of environmental interference as far as possible, implementation of regular inspection and so on.
