温度响应涂层棉织物的制备及其可逆润湿性能研究

摘　　要：为制备具有耐久稳定的温度响应涂层棉织物,采用自由基共聚法合成了N异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAM)与乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(VTES)的温敏性共聚物(PNIPAM-co-PVTES),然后通过溶胶凝胶法将所合成的温敏共聚物涂覆于棉织物上,制得温度响应涂层棉织物。借助傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR-ATR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和水接触角测试(CA)等对所制得涂层棉织物的结构、形貌和温度响应润湿性能进行表征与分析。结果表明:温度响应共聚物均匀涂覆于棉织物表面,所制得的涂层棉织物具有温度响应的可逆润湿性能。当温度小于32℃时,涂层棉织物表现为亲水性能;当温度大于32℃,表现为疏水性能。涂层棉织物具有耐久稳定的温度响应性,经过5次标准水洗之后,涂层织物在26~42℃保持良好的可逆润湿性。In order to prepare durable and stable cotton fabric coated by thermo-sensitive copolymer,a thermo-sensitive copolymer(PNIPAM-co-PVTES)was synthesized by free radical copolymerization of N-isopropylacrylamide(NIPAM)and vinyl triethoxy silane(VTES),and then the thermo-sensitive copolymer was coated on the cotton fabric by the sol-gel method to prepare the cotton fabric coated by thermo-sensitive copolymer.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR-ATR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and water contact angle test(CA)were used to characterize and analyze the structure,morphology and thermo-sensitive wettability of the coated cotton fabric.The results showed that the coated cotton fabric prepared by uniformly coating the thermo-sensitive copolymer on the surface of cotton fabric had reversible wettability with temperature response.When the temperature was below 32℃,the coated cotton fabric showed hydrophilic property.When the temperature was above 32℃,it showed hydrophobic property.The coated cotton fabric had durable and stable temperature response.After five times of standard washing,the coated fabric maintained good reversible wettability between 26℃and 42℃.
