摘 要:针对雷达抗干扰性能评估的问题,提出一种基于灰色关联-模糊综合评判的雷达抗干扰性能评估方法。该方法以模糊数学和关联函数理论为基础,首先借鉴已建立评价指标的模糊综合评判因素集,采用区间数打分,基于灰色关联方法确定评价指标权重。然后,通过隶属函数建立评判矩阵,计算模糊综合评断结果,并按照隶属度的大小确定雷达抗干扰能力级别。最后,建立模糊值线性序评价模型,确定雷达抗干扰性能的优劣顺序。经实例验证,所提方法既可以确定雷达抗干扰性能的评价等级,又能进一步确定雷达抗干扰性能的优劣顺序,且较为客观可靠。In view of the problem of radar anti-jamming performance evaluation,a method of radar anti-jamming performance evaluation based on grey correlation fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed.Based on the theory of fuzzy mathematics and correlation function,the set of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation factors of the evaluation index for reference is used firstly.Through scoring by the interval number,the weight of the evaluation index is determined based on the grey correlation method.Then,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results are calculated by establishing the evaluation matrix by the membership function,and the anti-jamming capability level of radar is determined according to the membership degree.Finally,the fuzzy value linear order evaluation model is established to determine the order of radar anti-jamming performance.The example shows that the proposed method can not only determine the evaluation level of radar anti-jamming performance,but also further determine the order of radar anti-jamming performance,which is more objective and reliable.
