摘  要:在伊辛巴水电站帷幕灌浆施工中,为在不增加设备投入的前提下提高施工工效,使用用于取芯钻孔的电动地质回转钻机配置压力风动冲击器钻具,由空气压缩机提供冲击器压力风,用冲击回转钻孔方法进行帷幕灌浆孔钻孔。灌浆孔一次成孔,钻孔工效较回转钻机钻孔提高4倍以上。将压力风冲洗钻孔和后续自下而上分段卡塞的灌浆方式相结合,不但提高了钻孔灌浆施工工效,也提高了灌浆前的裂隙冲洗和灌浆质量。The electrically-driven geological rotary drill used for hole drill is equipped with the pressure pneumatic impactor drilling tool in order to improve the construction efficiency under the precondition of not increasing the equipment investment during the curtain grouting construction of ISIMBA Hydropower Station.The air compressor is used for supplying the impactor pressure air.The curtain grouting hole is drilled by the percussion rotary drilling method.The drilled grout hole is completed in one time.The drilling efficiency is more than 4 times higher than that of the rotary drill drilling.The working efficiency of borehole grouting construction is improved by the combination of pressure air flushing borehole and subsequent bottom-up sublevel plug grouting method on the one hand,it can also improve the quality of crack flushing and grouting before grouting on the other hand.
