单组分聚脲防水涂料在三河闸工程中的应用

摘　　要：混凝土工程是水闸工程的重要组成部分之一,一些水闸工程闸墩、交通桥墩等部位因长期受水流冲刷,存在不同程度的碳化现象,影响水闸工程的安全运行。为消除这一隐患,三河闸工程采用混凝土基层高弹性特种聚脲砂浆局部处理、单组分聚脲防水涂料整体处理的方案修复混凝土表面缺陷。工程实践证明,单组分聚脲防水涂料施工工艺简单、抗磨冲性能较好,可在大中型水利工程中应用。Concrete project is one of the important parts of sluice projects.Some sluice project piers,traffic piers and other parts are scoured by water for a long time.There are different degrees of carbonization phenomenon accordingly,thereby affecting the safe operation of sluice projects.The high elastic special polyurea mortar of concrete base is adopted for local treatment,mono-component polyurea waterproofing coating is adopted for whole treatment in Sanhe Sluice Project in order to eliminate the hidden danger.The scheme is applied to repair the surface defects of concrete.The project practice proves that the mono-component polyurea waterproofing coating has simple construction technology and good abrasion resistance,which can be used in large and medium water conservancy projects.
