摘 要:太湖近年来深受水源地蓝藻水华的影响,为了有效管理太湖的水资源,针对藻蓝素或叶绿素进行监测的蓝藻藻类在线自动监测系统被广泛地应用在太湖的水体中,但该系统无法区分具有产毒能力及不具有产毒能力的菌类,更无法鉴别藻类产生毒素/臭味物质的潜在趋势。本项目利用实时荧光定量qPCR技术,以蓝藻基因、蓝藻二次代谢物(毒素及蓝藻臭味)的检测所获得的数据为基础,通过这些数据得到各湖库的蓝藻基因及二次代谢物的良好相关性,并可作为完善后续预警系统的依据。Gene detection technology have been widely used in water quality monitoring management,using specific primer and probe for qualification and quantification of harmful cyanobacteria.It offers solutions for disadvantages of the traditional method.In recent years,Taihu is deeply affected by the pollution of cyanobacteria bloom in the water source.In order to manage the water resources of Taihu,the on-line automatic monitoring system of cyanobacteria and algae for monitoring phycocyanin or chlorophyll has been widely used in Taihu。However,the system can not distinguish the bacteria with and without the ability to produce toxin,and can not identify the potential trend of toxin/odor produced by algae.This research focus on functional gene and secondary metabolites as a target.Based on the data,a good correlation between each gene target and its corresponding metabolite could help the database establishment for each reservoir and extend to the cyanotoxin alarm system.
