摘　　要：目的探讨护理人力配置联合定位协作团队在多发性创伤救治中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2016-08至2018-12在海军军医大学附属长征医院接受创伤救治的患者80例临床资料,根据创伤救治方式的不同,将接受常规创伤救治的40例患者临床资料归为对照组,并将采用护理人员配置联合定位协作团队的40例患者临床资料归为观察组。比较两组救治效果及患者不良结局发生率。结果观察组创伤救治所需时间、药物应用时间及住院时间显著比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良结局发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理人力配置联合定位协作团队可有效提高创伤患者救治效果,降低其不良结局发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of nursing manpower allocation and joint positioning cooperation team in the treatment of multiple trauma.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 80 patients who received trauma treatment in the Changzheng Hospital of Naval Military Medical University from August 2016 to December 2018 was carried out.According to the different ways of trauma treatment,the control group consisted of 40 patients who received conventional trauma treatment,and the observation group consisted of the rest 40 patients who received treatment from the nursing staff and positioning collaboration team.The treatment effect and the incidence of adverse outcomes of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results The time required for trauma treatment,medication time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The deployment of nursing manpower and the positioning collaboration team can effectively improve the treatment effect of trauma patients and reduce the incidence of adverse outcomes.
