摘　　要：针对现有液晶基板玻璃冷端加工系统中存在ADG和Particle缺陷的问题,应用因果分析和FMEA分析找出关键问题,并使用TRIZ理论中的物场分析和矛盾矩阵工具进行问题求解,详细展现了TRIZ理论在生产过程中的问题对策的应用。Aiming at the problems of ADG and Particle in the liquid crystal Glass Substrate processing,causal analysis and FMEA analysis are applied to find out the key problems,and TRIZ theory's material field analysis and contradiction matrix tools are used to solve the problems.The application of TRIZ theory in the production process is shown in detail.
