摘  要:为研究液化区砂土固结对盾构隧道的影响,依托一海底盾构隧道工程建立了饱和砂土地层和盾构隧道的三维模型,并对隧道外径、衬砌厚度、非固结土类型和是否考虑接头作单变量分析。结果表明:液化区砂土固结沉降时,衬砌危险截面出现在固结土与非固结土交界面两侧;衬砌外径增加,隧道的变形范围和轴向应力增大;衬砌厚度增大,衬砌轴向应力减小;非固结土的土质越硬,等效衬砌模型变形范围越小,轴向应力越大。对于接头衬砌模型,环缝的存在改变了衬砌的受力模式,衬砌最大应力集中在接头部位,盾构隧道通过接头转动与土体变形相协调。In order to study the influence of sand consolidation in liquefaction area on shield tunnel,a threedimensional model of saturated sand soil layer and shield tunnel was established based on a submarine shield tunnel project.The tunnel diameter,lining thickness,unconsolidated soil type and whether to consider the joint were analyzed by univariate analysis.The results show that the dangerous section of lining appears on both sides of the interface during the consolidation settlement of sand in liquefaction area.The deformation range and axial stress of the tunnel increase with the increase of the outer diameter of the lining.The axial stress of lining decreases with the increase of lining thickness.The harder the unconsolidated soil is,the smaller the deformation range of equivalent lining model is,and the greater the axial stress is.For the joint lining model,the existence of ring joints changes the stress mode of the lining,and the maximum stress of the lining is concentrated at the joint position.The rotation of the shield tunnel through the joint is coordinated with the deformation of the soil.
