钻屑量差值法在贺西矿防突工作中的应用

摘  要:贺西矿是煤与瓦斯突出矿井,分析采用超前排放钻孔进行工作面防突,用钻屑量差值法对钻孔有效影响半径进行测试。在工作面运输大巷和轨道大巷布置4组测点,每个测点施工孔深为10 m的两个排放钻孔,间隔2 m测定其钻屑量,计算得出4组测点的钻屑量差值介于0.8~1.3 kg/m,并将超前钻孔有效影响半径确定为0.51 m,防突效果良好。Hexi Coal Mine is a coal and gas outburst mine.In this paper,the advanced drainage drilling is used to prevent outburst in the working face,and the effective influence radius of the drilling is tested by the difference method of drilling cuttings.Four groups of measuring points are arranged in the transportation roadway and the track roadway of the working face.Two discharge boreholes with a hole depth of 10 m are constructed at each measuring point,and the drilling cuttings are measured at an interval of 2 m.The difference of the drilling cuttings of the four groups of measuring points is calculated to be between 0.8 kg/m and 1.3 kg/m,and the effective radius of influence of the advanced boreholes is determined to be 0.51 m,so the outburst prevention effect is good.
