摘  要:晋能控股煤业集团云岗矿供电系统高压防爆开关误动作频发,导致矿井大面积停电而影响煤矿开采,同时存在严重的安全隐患。本文从增加延时时间和应用JT型电磁继电器两个方面对该矿高压防爆开关保护装置进行了改进研究。优化改造后的防爆开关保护装置运行稳定,开采设备的故障率大大降低,为企业创造了较好的安全经济效益。The frequent misoperation of high-voltage explosion-proof switch in the power supply system of Yungang Mine of Jinneng Holding Coal Group has led to a large area power failure in the mine,which affects the coal mining,and at the same time,there are serious security risks.In this paper,the high voltage explosion-proof switch protection device is improved from two aspects of increasing delay time and applying JT type electromagnetic relay.After optimization and transformation,the explosion-proof switch protection device runs stably,and the failure rate of mining equipment is greatly reduced,which creates better safety and economic benefits for the enterprise.
