摘　　要：鲍店煤矿5312工作面采用ZF7200/18/35D型低位放顶煤液压支架165架,通过校验其断裂角支架工作阻力和额定载荷,表明该支架能够满足实际生产要求。实际生产应用过程中,对液压支架立柱故障和油缸泄漏故障进行分析、处置,有效消除故障,提高了支架利用效率。165 ZF7200/18/35D low level caving hydraulic supports are used in 5312 working face of Baodian Coal Mine.The working resistance and rated load of the supports at fracture angle are verified,which shows that the supports can meet the actual production requirements.In the actual production and application process,the hydraulic support column fault and oil cylinder leakage fault are analyzed and disposed,which effectively eliminates the fault and improves the support utilization efficiency.
