摘 要:南峪煤矿利用井下压风系统风能作为动力源进行了压风系统的拓展应用研究,利用风能作为动力带动风泵用于风泵冷却,将风泵作为动力进行排水,将风作为动力驱动风泵完成注油,将压风作为取样泵的动力进行气体取样。实践应用效果表明:压风在风泵冷却、风泵排水、风泵注油、取样泵取样中的改造拓展应用方案合理,应用中安全性高,为企业创造了较好的安全经济效益。Nanyu Coal Mine uses the wind energy of the underground pressure air system as the power source to expand the application research of the pressure air system.The wind energy is used as the power to drive the air pump for cooling,the air pump is used as the power for drainage,the wind is used as the power to drive the air pump to complete oil injection,and the pressure air is used as the power of the sampling pump for gas sampling.The practical application results show that the application scheme of compressed air in air pump cooling,air pump drainage,air pump oil injection and sampling pump is reasonable and safe,which creates better safety and economic benefits for enterprises.
