摘 要:以H公司配送中心选址为例,采用解释结构法(ISM)与层次分析法(AHP)相结合的方法,将定性与定量分析相结合,充分考虑选址的成本、周边情况、自然因素和国家政策等一系列的因素,这些影响因素进行定性分析后,进一步细化影响因素,列出可达矩阵,由ISM模型构造出层次分析结构图,将结果进行直观的量化,计算出L市、H市、S市、C市四个备选方案的权重值。根据总排序的结果,得到备选方案中C市是最科学合理的选址。最后说明了该方法对于解决配送中心选址问题是有效的。In this paper,taking the location selection of the distribution center of company H as the example,we proposed to combine interpretative structure model(ISM)and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to both qualitatively and quantitatively analyze how cost,surrounding conditions,natural elements and national policies factor in the location selection decision making process.Then,after qualitatively analyzing these influencing factors,we further segmented them,gave the reachability matrix,and constructed the hierarchical structure diagram using ISM.Next,based on the intuitively quantified results,we calculated the weight values of the four candidate sites in city L,city H,city S,and city C,and according to the result of the total ranking,concluded that the city C was the most scientific and reasonable option among the four.Thus,the method of combining ISM and AHP could provide reference for the location selection of distribution centers for other companies.
