摘  要:针对花卉在传统物流运输过程中出现水分短缺而导致盆栽死亡等损耗问题,设计一种新型花卉实时灌溉系统,该系统主要包括一个新型花卉实时灌溉装置以及下位机程序设计。此灌溉装置采用STC89C52RC单片机为控制核心,协同土壤湿度传感器模块、A/D转换器模块、电源电路模块、按键输入模块、水箱以及显示器模块,对物流运输过程中花卉土壤湿度信息进行采集显示,由按键输入模块确认运输盆栽适宜湿度,从而使得该系统在物流运输过程中对不同花卉进行个性化实时灌溉,以达到提高花卉成活率、减少物流运输过程中花卉损耗等目的。该系统具有自动化、智能化管理等特点,为解决传统长距离花卉运输提供可靠的技术方案。In this paper,in light of the loss of potted plants due to water shortage in the traditional flower logistics and transportation process,we design a new type of real-time flower irrigation system.The system mainly includes a real-time irrigation device and the accompanying lower computer programs.This irrigation device uses an STC89C52 RC single-chip microcomputer as the control core,coupled with a soil moisture sensor module,an A/D converter module,a power circuit module,a key in module,a water tank and a display module to collect and display the soil moisture information of the flowers during the logistics transportation.The key in module is used to confirm the appropriate humidity for potted plant transportation,so that the system could irrigate different flowers in real time during the logistics transportation in case-specific manners,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the survival rate of the flowers and reducing the in-transit loss of the flowers.The system is fully automated and under intelligent management,and could provide reliable technical solutions to deal with the low survival rate problem in traditional long-distance flower transportation.
