摘 要:电磁阀作为航天器主动电位控制系统储供气单元的核心部件,控制气体的截止和流通。电磁阀工作状态直接影响整个系统的有效性与可靠性,因此电磁阀故障在轨实时诊断非常必要。本文提出了一种基于小波分析的电磁阀在轨实时诊断技术,通过小波分解与功率谱分析确定电磁阀故障敏感频率带;设计了适合的滤波器,用以提取有效信息。通过对有效信息的处理分析,达到电磁阀开关故障状态在轨实时诊断的目的。该方法可实现不同型号电磁阀的快速有效故障诊断,提高系统的可靠性与可维修性。The solenoid valve controls the cut-off and circulation of gas as the core component of gas storage and supply unit of the active potential control system.The operating state of the solenoid valve affects the effectiveness and reliability of the entire system directly.Therefore,on orbit real time diagnosis of solenoid is indispensable.This article proposes a technology of on orbit real time diagnosis of solenoid based on wavelet analysis,which determines the fault sensitive frequency band of solenoid valve through wavelet and power spectrum analysis.A filter is designed to extract effective information.The purpose of on orbit real-time diagnosis of solenoid valve s is achieved through the processing and analysis of effective information.At last,this method can realize the diagnosis of different types of solenoid valves quickly and effectively,and improve the reliability and maintainability of the system.
