摘　　要：针对华能邯峰电厂清洁疏水系统存在的能源浪费和汽机房C列墙瓦楞板损坏的问题,提出在清洁疏水扩容器内部加装一组喷嘴、两层喷淋盘和在清洁疏水箱与凝结水泵入口管之间增设多级水封筒的改造方案,并对改造效果进行分析,认为该方案达到了回收汽机房疏水的目的,同时解决了汽机房C列墙瓦楞板的损坏问题,减少了清洁疏水泵的启停次数,解决了弹簧加载阀更换频繁的问题,确保清洁疏水系统的稳定运行。This paper analyzes the energy waste in the clean and hydrophobic system of Huaneng Hanfeng power plant and the damage to the C-wall of the steam room.Proposes a modification plan to install a set of nozzles and two layers of spray discs inside the clean drain expansion container and add a multi-stage water seal cylinder between the clean drainage tank and the inlet pipe of the condensate pump, analyzes the effect of the transformation, considers that the scheme achieves the purpose of recycling the drain water of the steam engine room, solves the damage problem of the C-wall of the steam room, greatly reduces the start and stop times of the clean drain water pump, solves the problem of frequent replacement of spring loading valve, and ensures the stable operation of the clean drain system.
