摘 要:基于松软煤层瓦斯含量高、抽采难度大、瓦斯治理周期长等因素,提出利用环境污染程度低、块煤保留率高的深孔预裂爆破增透措施。围绕影响增透效果的布孔参数合理性进行分析,采用数值模拟得出单孔和多孔爆破形成半径1.5、3.0、6.0 m的“三级影响圈”应力波传播特征。工程实践以应力波最强的“一级1.5 m半径影响圈”为施工效果目标,以3.0 m孔间距、15孔联爆方式进行布孔,1个月内平均抽采浓度提高95%,平均单孔瓦斯抽采流量提高115%,防突参数K 1值、炮后瓦斯浓度、抽采流量和浓度等指标未出现超标现象。In view of the problems of high outburst,low permeability,difficult gas extraction and long cycle time of gas treatment in the soft coal seam,it is proposed to adopt the deep hole presplitting blasting measures with low environmental pollution and high lump coal retention rate to enhance the permeability.Based on the influence range of deep hole pre-splitting blasting and the coupling effect of multi-holes,the stress wave propagation characteristics of three influence circles with radius of 1.5 m,3.0 m and 6.0 m formed by single hole and multi hole blasting are obtained by numerical simulation.In engineering practice,the"1.5 m radius influence circle"was adopted for hole layout,the holes were arranged by 3.0 m hole spacing and 15 hole blasting.The average extraction concentration and average single hole gas extraction flow are increased by 95%and 115%respectively in one month.The outburst prevention index,such as K 1 value of outburst prevention parameter,gas concentration after blasting,drainage flow and concentration,etc,did not exceed the standard.
