摘 要:为了更有效地进行烟气脱硝改造工程,研究了SCR脱硝系统内不可逆能量损失分布情况。以某电站SCR系统为研究对象,进行数值模拟与熵产计算,建立系统内熵产分布场,综合考虑熵产分布和传统流场优化理论,以期更有针对性地对系统进行改造,减少工程量。研究表明,烟道转弯、渐扩处,以及导流板附近熵产较大。优化后可以减少SCR系统内能量损失,完成工程目标。In order to carry out the flue gas denitrification transformation project more effectively,the irreversible energy loss distribution in SCR denitration system was studied.Taking the SCR system of a power station as the research object,the numerical simulation and entropy generation calculation were carried out,the entropy generation distribution field in the system was established,and the entropy generation distribution and traditional flow field optimization theory were comprehensively considered,so as to carry out more targeted transformation of the system and reduce the engineering quantity.The results showed that the entropy generation was larger at the corner,the diffuser and the deflector of the flue.After optimization,the energy loss in SCR system can be reduced and the project goal can be achieved.
