摘 要:底流消能是1种常用的水力消能技术。里底水电站泄洪底孔采用了底流消能技术,受到下游地形条件的限制,底孔消力池的布置困难,通过宽尾墩、分流墩技术的引入,有效地减小了消力池的长度,克服了消力池布置的问题,经过2a的泄洪检验,运行情况良好。受下游河岸凸起的影响,经消力池下泄的水流被导向河道中央的同时出现一定回旋,回旋水流携带泥沙进入厂房尾水渠导致淤积,在类似工程的设计中,可通过加长消力池于厂房尾水间的隔墙长度、对下游岸坡进行削坡等措施改善回流。Underflow energy dissipation is a common hydraulic energy dissipation technology.Underflow energy dissipation technology is used in the bottom outlet of Lidi Hydropower Station.Limited by the downstream terrain conditions,the layout of stilling basin with bottom hole is difficult.With the introduction of wide tail pier and diversion pier technology,the length of stilling pool is effectively reduced and the problem of stilling pool layout is overcome.The operation is good after 2A flood discharge inspection.Affected by the bulge of the downstream river bank,the flow discharged from stilling basin is directed to the center of the river and a certain whirl occurs at the same time.The whirl flow carries sediment into the tailrace of power house and results in silting.In the design of similar projects,the backflow can be improved by extending the length of partition wall between the tailrace of power house and cutting the downstream bank slope.
