摘  要:受现场设备布置及安装场地空间制约,水电站金结设备安装过程中存在不同程度的吊装难题,如何结合现场条件及设备特点,选择最佳吊装方案是水电站金结设备安装1个值得探讨的课题。乌弄龙水电站尾水调压室洞室施工场地狭窄,尾水调压室桥机及检修闸门安装时,常规起吊设备无法实施。结合现场施工条件,因地制宜,采用天锚与手动葫芦完成桥机吊装,采用汽车吊与桥机联合抬吊、空中转体的方案完成检修闸门门叶的吊装。Limited by field equipment arrangement and installation space,lifting problems to varying degrees exist in the process of installation of metal structure equipment of hydropower station.Choosing the best lifting scheme based on site conditions and equipment characteristics is a subject worth discussing for the installation of metal structure equipment in hydropower plant.The construction site of tailwater surge chamber tunnel of Wunonglong Hydropower Station is narrow.When installing bridge crane and overhaul gate of tailwater surge chamber,conventional lifting equipment can’t be implemented.Combined with site construction conditions,crane lifting is completed by using antenna anchor and manual hoist,and overhaul gate blade lifting is completed by using the scheme of joint lifting of truck crane and bridge crane and aerial rotation.
