摘  要:乌弄龙水电站蜗壳与压力钢管之间采用凑合节连接,凑合节安装技术及工艺方法不同于国内同类水电站,凑合节安装采用不预留二期混凝土坑而是随蜗壳一起一次性安装焊接到位,再与蜗壳一起浇筑混凝土。介绍了乌弄龙水电站蜗壳与压力钢管之间凑合节一次性安装技术及工艺的选择及实施方法。结果证明该技术与乌弄龙水电站的实践是成功的,彻底解决了以前凑合节不能随蜗壳一次性安装焊接到位的难题,从本质上加快了凑合节安装工期及混凝土浇筑工期,每台机组提前工期约30d,工期效益十分显著。The volute and penstock of Wunonglong Hydropower Station are connected by expansion joint.The installation technology and process method of expansion joint in Wunonglong Hydropower Station are different from those of similar hydropower stations in China.Expansion joint is installed and welded at the same time with penstock,and then concrete is poured together.This paper describes the selection and implementation of one-off installation technology for expansion joint between volute and penstock of Wunonglong Hydropower Station.The results prove that the technology is successful with the practice of Wunonglong Hydropower Station.It solves the problem that the previous compact joint can not be welded with spiral case,and shortens the installation period of the compact joint and the concreting period,with the advance construction period of about 30 days for each unit.The benefit of construction period is remarkable.
