摘 要:里底水电站1号机定子铁芯磁化试验中出现了定子铁芯振动及噪声过大,铁损单位损耗偏大,判定是磁化试验中产生共振导致的。定子磁化试验是检验定子铁芯装配质量的重要方法,铁芯温升和温差指标是主要判断依据,铁损作为辅助判断依据。当遇到铁损试验频率与铁芯固有频率产生耦合引起共振,造成定子振动、噪声偏大,铁损超标的情况,可通过测量铁芯叠片后实际固有频率确定是否共振引起铁损超标,测量下线后定子固有频率确定运行是否出现类似情况,通过电磁铁芯故障检测仪检测铁芯有无短路点等方式确定铁芯质量。During magnetization test of stator core of No.1 unit in Lidi Hydropower Station,excessive vibration and noise of stator core and excessive loss per unit of iron were found,which was determined to be caused by resonance in magnetization test.Stator magnetization test is an important method to check the assembly quality of stator core.Temperature rise and temperature difference of core are the main judgment basis,and iron loss is the auxiliary judgment basis.When the coupling between test frequency of iron loss and natural frequency of iron core is met,resonance will occur,which will cause stator vibration,excessive noise and excessive iron loss.The actual natural frequency after core lamination can be measured to determine whether resonance causes excessive iron loss,the stator natural frequency after off-line measurement can determine whether similar operation occurs,and the core quality can be determined by means of electromagnetic core fault detector to detect whether the core has short-circuit point or not.
