摘　　要：从农业产业化经营困境来看,当前的农业发展正呼吁着一种更为有效路径的实现.探索农业产业化经营新模式,优化农业产业化经营新路径,是加快农业发展及实现乡村振兴的重要任务.以制度特性、制度创新与制度效益为视角,研究“家庭农场+”农业产业化经营新模式,找到撬动实现农业快速发展的内在力量,并挖掘创新背后的理论基础与实践价值.“家庭农场+”新模式以其增收效应、叠加效应、外部正效应、交易成本降低机制及发展能力增强机制为内在机理克服单纯家庭农场的相对弱质性,实现制度创新的综合效益.此外,在研究现有风险的基础上,为完善、推广该模式及实现农业高质量发展提供对策建议,以获取更好的制度效益与发展政策.Judging from the straits of agricultural industrialization,agriculture calls for a more effective way of development at present.Exploring the new mode of agricultural industrialization and optimizing the new path of agricultural industrialization are important tasks to speed up agricultural development and rural revitalization.From the perspectives of institutional characteristics,institutional innovation and institutional benefits,this paper studies the new agricultural industrialization mode of“family farm+”,finds out the internal force of rapid agricultural development,and excavates the theoretical basis and practical value behind innovation.The new mode of“family farm+”takes income-increasing effect,superimposed effect,external positive effect,transaction cost reduction mechanism and development ability enhancement mechanism as its internal causes to overcome the relative weakness of family farm and realize the comprehensive benefits of institutional innovation.In addition,on the basis of studying the existing risks,this paper provides countermeasures and suggestions for improving and popularizing the new mode and for achieving high-qualified agricultural development,so as to obtain better institutional benefits and policies.
