回药十宝汤辅助十一酸睾酮治疗对中老年男性部分雄性激素缺乏综合征患者血清性激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析回药十宝汤辅助十一酸睾酮治疗对中老年男性部分雄性激素缺乏综合征肾精亏虚证患者血清性激素水平的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2020年1月在邓州市人民医院接受诊疗的78例中老年男性部分雄性激素缺乏综合征肾精亏虚证患者,根据不同治疗方法分为对照组与观察组,各39例,对照组患者通过十一酸睾酮进行治疗,观察组患者基于对照组的治疗方法结合回药十宝汤共同进行治疗,对比两组患者血清性激素水平等生理指标恢复效果。结果:治疗后,两组患者血清睾酮(TT)、睾酮分泌指数(TSI)水平均上升而促黄体生成素(LH)水平均下降,观察组患者TT水平均高于对照组而LH水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后不良反应总发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:回药十宝汤辅助十一酸睾酮可有效改善中老年男性部分雄性激素缺乏综合征肾精亏虚证患者相关血清性激素水平,且无明显副作用情况发生,安全有保障,临床治疗推行价值更高。Objective:To analyze the effect of Huiyao Shibao decoction combined with testosterone undecanoate on serum sex hormone levels in middle-aged and elderly male patients with partial androgen deficiency syndrome and kidney essence deficiency syndrome.Methods:78 middle-aged and elderly male patients with partial androgen deficiency syndrome and kidney essence deficiency syndrome were selected from January 2018 to January 2020 in Dengzhou People's Hospital.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with testosterone undecanoate,while observation group was additionally treated with Huiyao Shibao decoction.The recovery effects of physiological indexes such as serum sex hormones were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of serum testosterone(TT)and testosterone secretion index(TSI)in the two groups were increased,while the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH)were decreased.The levels of TT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of LH in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Huiyao Shibao decoction combined with testosterone undecanoate can effectively improve the serum sex hormone levels of middle-aged and elderly male patients with partial androgen deficiency syndrome and kidney essence deficiency syndrome,and there is no obvious side effect.It is safe and guaranteed,and has higher clinical treatment value.
