摘　　要：目的:研究讨论康复新液用于经胃镜食管异物取出术后缓解术后不适症状(疼痛、咽部异物感)的疗效观察。方法:2019年1月至2019年12月在四川省科学城医院消化内镜中心行经胃镜食管异物取出术的患者81例,随机数字表法将患者分为观察组41例和对照组40例,观察组为经胃镜食管异物取出术后缓慢吞咽服用康复新液,对照组经胃镜食管异物取出术后为未服用康复新液,对比两组患者0~12 h、12~24 h、24~48 h不同时间段经胃镜食管异物取出术后不适症状平均缓解程度。结果:观察组经胃镜食管异物取出术后0~24 h内不适症状缓解程度为92.7%,而对照组经胃镜食管异物取出术后0~24 h内不适症状缓解程度为37.5%,不适症状缓解程度观察组明显高于对照组。结论:康复新液用于经胃镜食管异物取出术后有助于在短时间内缓解患者不适症状程度,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广。Objective:To study and discuss the efficacy of Kangfuxin solution used in the observation of postoperative relief symptoms(pain,pharynx foreign body sensation)after gastroscopic esophagus removal.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2019,81 patients who performed gastroscopy esophageal foreign object removal at the digestive endoscopic center of Sichuan Science City Hospital were transferred into 41 cases in the observation group and 40 cases in the control group.The observation group was treated with Kangfuxin solution slowly after removal of esophageal foreign body by gastroscope,while the control group was not treated with Kangfuxin solution after removal of esophageal foreign body by gastroscope.Compare the two groups of patients with 0-12 h,12-24 h,24-48 h different time period after esophagoscopic foreign body removal,the average degree of relief of discomfort symptoms.Results:The degree of symptom relief of discomfort in 0-24 h after gastroscopic esophageal foreign object removal was 92.7%,while the relief degree of discomfort in 0-24 h after gastric esophageal foreign body removal was 37.5%,was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:Kangfuxin solution spent in gastroscopy esophageal foreign body removal after surgery will help to relieve the patient's discomfort symptoms in a short time,improve patient satisfaction,worthy of clinical promotion.
