摘 要:以沈阳地区的煤矸石、页岩为主要原料,通过研究原料粒径比对烧结广场砖坯体干燥和烧结裂纹的影响,确定了原料的粒径组成范围;通过改变粒径比、煤矸石掺量、成型压力、烧结温度和保温时间,探究烧结广场砖抗压强度和吸水率的变化规律。结果表明:原料粒径比为a(35目-100目):b(>100目)=1:2、煤矸石掺量为60%、保温时间为3h条件下,制备的煤矸石烧结广场砖抗压强度为38.5MPa,吸水率为11.2%。Taking coal gangue and shale which are from Shenyang area as the main raw materials.By studying the effect of the raw material particle size ratio on the drying and firing cracks of the fired square brick body,the particle size composition range of the raw materials is determined.By changing the particle size ratio,coal gangue content,molding pressure,firing temperature and holding time,the change law of compressive strength and water absorption of fired square brick is explored.The results show that the compressive strength and water absorption of the fired square brick are 38.5MPa and 11.2%respectively when the particle size ratio of raw material is a(35 mesh~100 mesh):b(>100 mesh)=1:2,the content of coal gangue is 60%and the holding time is 3h.
