摘　　要：某烧结砖企业利用一次码烧隧道窑焙烧工艺技术生产固废烧结砖过程中,因在建筑渣土、锅炉渣、煤矸石的固体废物处置中,忽略了建筑渣土中碳酸钙成分偏高的问题,导致出窑产品质量出现了石灰爆裂给企业造成了较大的经济损失。为此分析了石灰爆裂的原因,并指出了相应的措施。In the process of producing solid waste fired bricks by a fired brick enterprise using the one-time firing tunnel kiln firing technology,the high calcium carbonate content in the construction slag is ignored in the solid waste disposal of construction slag,boil⁃er slag,and coal gangue.The problem resulted in a lime burst in the quality of the products from the kiln,which caused great econom⁃ic losses to the enterprise.The article analyzes the causes of lime burst and points out the corresponding measures.
