摘 要:汽轮机润滑油系统是保障机组的安全稳定运行机组的重要系统之一,在汽轮机运行中起到润滑、冷却、减振、密封等作用。润滑油颗粒度是汽轮机润滑油系统油质的控制的重要指标之一,对持续监测油质的恶化,机组是否正常运行有着十分重要的意义。文章以秦山30万机组汽轮机油系统颗粒度出现异常情况为例,介绍了针对油中颗粒度超标问题的分析思路及处理方法,可为同类案例的分析、处理提供借鉴。The lubricating oil system of steam turbine is one of the important systems to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.It plays the role of lubrication,cooling,vibration absorption and sealing in the steam turbine.Lubricating oil granularity is one of the important indexes of oil quality control in turbine lubricating oil system.It is of great significance to continuously monitor the deterioration of oil quality and whether the unit is running normally.Based on the abnormal particle size of turbine oil system of Qinshan 300 MW unit,this paper introduces the analysis idea and treatment method for the problem of excessive particle size in oil,which can provide reference for the analysis and treatment of similar cases.
