电机组发电机氢气纯度下降原因及解决措施

摘  要:氢冷发电机组氢气污染问题严重影响着机组安全运行,机组运行期间纯度应维持在96%以上。分析氢气纯度下降的原因和特点,通过测温找出二厂1号发电机双环双流式密封油系统存在空氢侧窜油现象,导致含有空气多的空侧油进入氢侧油进而污染发电机内氢气。通过优化运行方式提出了减少密封油系统的窜油量的方法;改造补氢阀门机构实现自动补氢,快速响应;增加一套油净化装置对密封油提纯,从而使补到氢侧的油不受补氢污染问题影响,保证了油的品质降低氢气被污染的可能。The hydrogen contamination of hydrogen cooling generator have great impact on unit safety operation,the hydrogen concentration should be above 96%during unit operation.According to the analysis of the reasons of hydrogen decreasing and its features,it is found that double loop and current sealing oil system exists oil pumping phenomenon on air hydrogen side,which resulted in the oil contained more air entered into the hydrogen oil side,so that the hydrogen within the generator was contaminated.This paper proposed methods to reduce the oil pumping through optimize operation ways.Modify the hydrogen make-up mechanism to realize automatic makeup hydrogen.In addition that,increase an oil reconditioner to improve the sealing oil purity,then the oil makeup for the hydrogen side will not be influenced by the hydrogen contamination,meanwhile,the oil quality will be assured and the possibility of hydrogen contamination will be decreased.
